I can’t wait to see you soon! please review the following: When scheduling an appointment, it's essential to understand and adhere to the policies in place to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both you and I. Consent forms are typically available to you once you book an appointment. It's crucial to fill these forms out beforehand as without them, you will not be able to receive the service. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book & pre book any appointment service. this deposit will be applied toward your final service cost. Deposits are only transferable once if you’re modifying your appointment before the 48 hr window. CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES: •Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you make changes to your appointment after this period, you will lose your deposit to schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. •Same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee charged to the card on file, and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule. If I don’t have a card on file for you, you will be required to send the fee/via Zelle within an hour of the change. Failure to process the charge will lead to a ban on future appointments. •No-Call, No-Show: You will forfeit your deposit & the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. You will be banned from booking future appointments.
